How We Get You Started...

We respect you're a busy person, so we want to make the process of getting started with us super-easy.

#1 Booking

An absolutely essential aspect of my service is in ensuring we’re a great fit for each other before we decide to move forward in any way, so first of all I’d like you to complete a short questionnaire where you’ll basically share with me how you believe I can help you, then after this you’ll schedule in a connection call on Zoom so we can have a chat together, and go from there.

#2 Connect

In this next aspect of my service I’ll prepare a unique proposal, that’s tailored to your business, and if after this we agree to work together, I’ll send you my client service agreement which essentially addresses terms of service and confidentiality, to eSign, then I’ll send on over an invoice that outlines what we’ve agreed in estimate form or simply for a package we’ve decided on.

#3 Access

Next we’ll set up your client account & you’ll receive an email to create a login and we'll welcome you to your online office (online collaboration area) with the details of how we’ll primarily be working together (if you already have our Spot On Kit, you'll log in using the same details). Inside this client area you’ll find further details about the tools & systems we use to support you.
